Working out what applies to a company means testing nine statutes against three financial figures and four business characteristics. Most overviews on the web answer that for a model company. This one calculates it for yours.
The LkSG counts employees in Germany, the CSRD additionally requires turnover, the BSIG accepts turnover and balance sheet total as an alternative to headcount, and the BFSG grants an exemption only for services. A single figure is never enough.
Omnibus I raised the CSDDD threshold from 1,000 to 5,000 employees, the Digital Omnibus deferred the high-risk duties of the AI Act to December 2027, and the EUDR slipped by another year. Any static overview ages quickly.
More useful than whether a duty bites today is how far away the threshold is. Twenty hires can decide whether a company has to build a supply chain regime within two years. That figure appears on every row here.
