Deadlines

Every date in one place

All cut-off dates of the nine regimes in chronological order, independent of any company profile. Dates already passed stay on the list, because the duties they triggered continue to run.

All nine regimesloading

This calendar lists every cut-off date the rule set holds, whether or not it is relevant to a particular company. To find out which of them reach your own business, use the check; to keep an eye on the whole picture, read here.

Dates in chronological order

Dates already passed stay on the list. A date in the past does not mean the matter is closed; it means the duty has been running since then. Staged regimes appear once per stage, and size classes with their own date of application appear separately.

How to read the calendar

Behind each date sits one stage of one regime, not a duty for everybody. Whether a stage reaches a given company is decided by scope and size class. Two examples:

  • The Deforestation Regulation appears twice, because large operators start on 30 December 2026 while micro and small enterprises follow half a year later. A company that trades no commodities under Annex I is touched by neither date.
  • The AI Act appears three times, because prohibitions, transparency duties and high-risk duties bite at different moments. A company without high-risk systems never sees the third stage.

Which stage applies to which profile is shown in the detail sheet of the check and on the profile page of each regime.

Where the dates come from

The dates sit in the same versioned data file the check calculates from. Every postponement is recorded in the change log with its date and source; there were three in the past year alone. For each source, the date it was last checked and the review cycle set for it are noted in the source list.
