Results describe the model under your assumptions. They predict neither future law nor a company's actual development. A threshold crossing does not establish a binding duty start date; a final assessment may require case-specific review. Cost and effort estimates use your own inputs. Company inputs are processed in your browser, and saving a workspace is your choice.
